The case was a birthday surprise for my fiancée and what a disappointment to find out it does not work with MagSafe stands.
I was offered to upgrade to a Hard Case which probably is too thick for MagSafe and I was told it should work. I tried all alternatives with magnets and nothing works. Disappointed given the price we pay. I wish they would just say it doesn’t work with MagSafe.

I was unable to make adjustments to case design because company said that they did not receive my reply to the design proof. I did send it and in fact showed proof on my end. Was told that it wasn’t their fault and they could offer a refund for the design proof as a gesture of good will. How about assessing protocols so customer are completely happy with their purchase? No communication from seller after expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Spent almost $100 on a case (with design proof and upgrade to case) that I am not happy with. Won’t ever order from seller again.

I love my case! The case is a hard material and the picture of my beautiful dog Indie is amazing, it really captures her. I thought perhaps the picture would be in the case in a way where the picture would eventually scratch & scrape off. It doesn’t ! The case is made so perfectly that I don’t feel there would ever be a reason or cause that would make the picture fade or scratched. (I have dropped my phone sevens times too). Would definitely recommend well worth the money
