Very easy to deal with. I sent in a few pics, the ones for our one dog weren't at the right angle, I sent in a couple more, and they worked their magic on it. Print came out wonderfully. Very original.

I think they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I sent them not the best quality pictures, and the first mock up was accurate. But, I did not love it. I then asked for them to give one dog eyes that are more open(and they used a second picture I sent them for eyes reference), and the second dog more curly fur, and I asked them to simply make the third dog more "happy". They added a bit more sparkle to his eyes, and it was an amazing picture. It shipped quickly and looks great.

After me placing an order for only my old boy Buddy who has now passed away, I decided that I wanted to have all three in the portrait so they could be ‘together forever’. Paint my Pooch returned my email about possibly adding the other two girls in the portrait within the first hour and updated my order super fast with no problems. They were more than happy to help me out and got it done within the nick of time.
